Security
MexaSwap takes security seriously. While MegaETH offers extreme speed, we never compromise on the safety of user funds.
Smart Contract Architecture
Our contracts are built on proven and battle-tested patterns:
- MexaCore AMM: The DEX uses a battle-tested AMM Factory and Router architecture optimized for MegaETH
- OpenZeppelin Standards: Token contracts (MEXA, gMEXA) use OpenZeppelin's ERC-20 implementations
- Access Control: Admin functions are protected with owner-only modifiers
- Reentrancy Guards: Critical functions use reentrancy protection
Audit Status
Audited
All core MexaSwap smart contracts have undergone a thorough internal audit process. We continue to perform ongoing security reviews and plan to conduct external audits by third-party security firms to further strengthen community trust.
We encourage the community to review deployed contracts on the MegaETH block explorer. All contract source code will be verified and published.
Security Features
Protocol Level
- Emergency Pause: Critical contracts can be paused if a vulnerability is detected
- Treasury Multi-Sig: Protocol treasury operations require multi-signature approval
User Level
- Non-Custodial: Users always maintain control over their assets — MexaSwap never holds your private keys
- Transparent Vesting: IDO token vesting is enforced on-chain, not by off-chain promises
- Merkle-Proof Claims: Airdrop distributions use cryptographic Merkle proofs for verifiable claims
